Who this covers

This site, newmajorityvoice.com, is run by New Majority Voice, the political voiceover practice of Kericho Corry, based in New York City. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What gets collected

The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, organization, email, phone if you choose to share it, project type, deadline, and project details. That is the only information you submit directly.

The site also uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you found the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How it gets used

Form submissions go to one inbox and get used for one thing: responding to your inquiry and scoping the work. Analytics data gets used to understand how people find and use the site.

What never happens

Your information is never sold. It is never shared with third parties for marketing. It is never added to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Service providers

The site runs on standard infrastructure: web hosting, email delivery, and Google Analytics. These providers process data only as needed to keep the site and inbox working.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as they are useful for the working relationship and business records.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser, which stops analytics tracking. You can also email at any time to ask what information is held about you or to ask for it to be deleted.

Confidentiality

Campaign work is confidential by default. Scripts, drafts, media plans, and unaired creative shared through this site or by email are never discussed or disclosed.

Third-party links

Links to outside platforms such as YouTube and LinkedIn are governed by those platforms’ own privacy policies.
